The Institute offers a newer innovative scientific phase and a biological approach to health and overall wellness of the body, which in turn results in a better understanding of hair loss.
The National Trichology Training Institute (NTTI) was founded in 2006 by Certified Trichologist Connie Judge, and provides quality education and a proper title for Certified Trichologist Practitioners.
In 2010 the National Trichology Training Institute received full authorization under the Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Institutes Act of 1990, and is presently the only Institute in the United States to be authorized and governed by a Post-Secondary Board of Education.
The NTTI offers a 600-hour practitioners certification course at the end of which students will receive a diploma and certification in Trichology Health Care.
The course, which follows a Distance Learning Program, also involves students attending three consecutive days of class every three months for a year.
To ensure individual attention, classes, which take place in Stockbridge Georgia, are a conservative size and offer hands-on learning.
Students in fact work directly with live models and learn how to identify issues and disorders regarding the hair and the scalp by putting into practice the institute’s Trichol-o-scope imaging system.
By the end of the course students are expected to have a full grasp of the biological scientific approach to Trichology and wellness and be further aware of the beneficial investments that come with having a better understanding of sickness and disease, diet nutrition and clinical business structure.
Students are encouraged and expected to participate in class discussions, Clinicals and Practicals, and also to attend scheduled field trips.
As well as having trained hundreds of Alumni who are now spreading their knowledge in Trichological hair loss clinics all over the Country, the Nation Trichology Training Institute is also the author of several textbooks.
